‘Floratech’ is the self portrait series by digital artist, photographer and image manipulator Vasilisa Forbes.  The digital spring story has tiers of blossoming chaos; vines and nature intertwining to give the illusion of disorder.

 

 

Vasilisa’s use of digital manipulation and editing techniques brings a new dimension to abstract fashion photography.  The digital grains enhance the imagery changing the quality to raw – a quality rarely produced digitally.  Splashes of vibrant clashing colours produce a textural feature unfamiliar to two dimensional forms.
