GRAPHIC ARTIST – LEIF PODHAJSKY/ 16.07.12

Some of you may recognise Leif Podhajsky’s imagery from your favourite albums and records stacked in your room as he has created artwork for Warp Records, Sony Music, Lykke Li, Tame Impala, Grimes, and various other musicians. Leif is one of my favourite artists and I found it almost impossible to limit myself when choosing imagery for this post, as all his pieces are just as amazing as each other.

 

 

His unique use of colour, abstraction, geometry and symmetry is what makes up his distinct style that is instantly recognisable. The first image is so aesthetic and would look amazing printed out, framed and stuck up on a wall. His pieces are pure beauty and as a graphic designer myself I’m envy the skill and originality that he develops. I thrive off of work like Leif’s and couldn’t feel more inspired!
